Ascension participated in the S.I. UFTBorough Backpack Giveaway with our nonprofit partner, A Chance in Life in August. Thanks to Christopher Dowling, Dir. of Community Engagement, we were able to provide backpacks, pencils, notebooks graphing calculators & other back to school items to over 200 families. Thanks also to Debbie Duggan, Holly Bonner, Nancy Reiersen & Diane Gurgone for helping prep and give out these items.

Ascension also continues to serve Lakeside Manor at 2:30 PM on Sundays with a Eucharist service followed by refreshments served by volunteers. Our friends from Lakeside joined us for Friendsgiving on November 19th.  Would you like to be a part of this? All volunteers are welcome.
