On Saturday, August 23, 2025 Ascension had its 3rd annual Blessing of the Backpacks (120 backpacks to Amazing Grace Ministries, Project Hospitality & El Centro Staten Island.) Thank you to Dr. Holly Bonner for writing the grants and to our parishioners who contributed to make this possible!

 

Operation High School Backpack 2026 has begun. Monetary donations are due by June 21, 2026 so that we can order supplies. More information in your newsletter.

Ascension has served the residents of Lakeside Manor for 30 years, meeting at 2:30 PM on Sundays with a Eucharist service followed by refreshments served by volunteers.

Our annual Lakeside Breakfast was held Sunday, April 19, 2026 after 10 AM service.
